摘要
以KOH为催化剂,使用环氧树脂(EP)和端羟基液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)对芳纶纤维(AF)表面进行处理,通过红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及力学性能测试等检测方法对经过各种方法处理后的AF表面及其天然橡胶(NR)复合物性能进行研究。结果表明,同时使用环氧和LIR能有效活化AF表面和增大复合物力学性能。
Using KOH as catalyst,the aramid fiber( AF) were modified with epoxy( EP) and hydroxy-terminated liquid rubber( LIR). The properties of both the AF surface modified with various methods and the composite natural rubber( NR) /AF modified with various methods were investigated via FTIR,SEM,and performance testing. The results showed the combination of EP and LIR can effectively activate the surface of AF and strengthen the mechanical properties of composite.
