芳纶浆粕改善氟醚橡胶/炭黑复合材料疲劳性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对芳纶浆粕表面进行简便的环境友好的热处理,探究少量芳纶浆粕作为增强体加入到氟醚橡胶/炭黑基体中对复合材料耐疲劳性能的影响。载荷控制的拉-拉疲劳实验结果表明,经过热处理后,提高了界面粘接,芳纶浆粕增强的氟醚橡胶复合材料疲劳寿命的改善十分显著,循环次数高达80797次,未经热处理的芳纶浆粕填充的复合材料循环次数达42358次,而未填充芳纶浆粕的复合材料循环次数仅为2556次。少量芳纶浆粕的加入,对氟醚橡胶耐低温性能和硫化行为无明显影响。通过对比3种复合材料的损耗因子,发现使用热处理芳纶浆粕填充的复合材料损耗因子较小,说明该复合材料具有更优的承载能力以及阻尼特性。 The effect of the incorporation of a small amount of aramid pulp(AP)as a reinforcement into a fluoroether rubber/carbon black(FER/CB)matrix on the fatigue resistance of the composites was investigated by a simple and environmentally friendly heat treatment of the aramid pulp surface.The results of load-controlled tension-tension fatigue tests showed that the heat treatment improved the interfacial bonding,and the fatigue life of the AP-reinforced fluoroether rubber composites improved significantly,with a fatigue cycle number as high as 80797,and the cycle number of the composites filled with non-heat-treated AP amounted to 42358,while that of the composites unfilled with AP was only 2556.The addition of a small amount of AP had no significant effect on the low-temperature resistance and vulcanization behavior of the FER.By comparing the loss factors of the three composites,it was found that the loss factor of the composite filled with heat-treated AP was lower,indicating that the composite had better load-carrying capacity as well as damping characteristics.
