摘要
为使DC-DC开关变换器作电流源输出时的负载电压范围可以扩展至零电压,实现连续导电模式(CCM)下的短路输出电流控制,提出基于峰值反馈的电流型PFM控制方法。该方法仅在较小的固定开通时间内检测变换器电感电流峰值,由电流峰值反馈实时调节PFM控制的关断时间。采用该控制方法的DC-DC开关变换器可在负载电压接近于零甚至短路负载情形实现连续导电模式(CCM)下的电感电流稳定控制。实验结果验证了该控制方法的正确性和有效性。
To make DC-DC converter's load voltage range extend to zero voltage as a current source,and control the short circuit output current steadily under continuous conduction mode(CCM),the current mode PFM control based on peak current feedback is proposed.As the proposed PFM control method,the inductor peak current of DC-DC converter is detected just in a fixed small conducting on-time and fed back to real-time modulate the nonconducting off-time.Using this control method,DC-DC converter with load voltage close to zero and even with short circuit load can steadily control its inductor current.Experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed control method and its analysis.
