摘要
功率因素校正(PFC)技术已广泛的应用于各类电力电子装置当中。为了实现功率因数校正技术在较高功率场合的应用,提出了一种基于峰值电流模式控制的交错并联Boost PFC变换器。首先分析了在电感电流连续模式下交错并联Boost PFC电路的工作原理,然后利用状态空间平均法建立了主电路的数学模型,在推导了峰值电流闭环控制传递函数的基础上详细分析了闭环控制器的参数选取。最后试制了一台1.2 kW交错并联Boost PFC样机。试验结果表明,该变换器具有良好的功率因数校正效果。
Power factor correction(PFC) technology has been widely applied in various types of switching power device.Aiming at realizing the application of PFC technology in high power condition,a new interleaved Boost PFC converter with peak current mode control was presented.Firstly,a deep analysis on continue current mode of operation was made.And in the modeling of the circuit,the state-space averaging technique was used.Based on the transfer function of control loop,the regulator of the circuit was also designed.At last,a prototype of interleaved Boost PFC converter rated at 1.2 kW was built.The experimental results show that the converter has favorable effectiveness of the converter.
