摘要
传统电网调度中EMS告警系统存在不足。文中从告警的类比、告警的筛选、告警的原因追踪和定位、告警的展示以及告警的信息处理等五个方面对智能告警进行了全面阐述,并通过一系列的调查和数据处理得到了当前系统可能的告警集,根据其特征将其分为元件级告警和系统级告警,类型有单一、串联、并发、组合、灵敏度和梯度告警。电网调度中的智能告警分析能够使调度人员得知电网和电力设备的工作状态,一旦出现异常,能够尽快做出应答,从而保障系统安全。
EMS warning system in traditional power network dispatching has the defects.In this paper,a comprehensive exposition of intelligent alarm is presented from five aspects:the alarm analogy,the warning screening,the cause of alarm tracking and positioning,the display of alarm and alarm information processing and so on.And through a series of investigation and data processing,the system can get the warning set of the current system.According to its characteristics,it can be divided into component level alarm and system level alarm,and there are single,series,concurrent,combined,sensitivity and gradient alarms.Intelligent alarm analysis in power network dispatching can make the dispatching personnel know the working status of the power grid and power equipment.And once abnormal,the response can be made as soon as possible,so as to ensure the safety of the system.
