摘要
作为智能变电站的数据模型,变电站配置描述SCD模型(substation configuration description)在工程实施中大多只包含了常规二次设备的模型信息。本文提出了基于IEC 61850的站端一、二次设备全景建模技术,将SSD模型、保信模型、相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)模型等多专业数据模型整合到全景SCD模型中,从而建立统一的智能变电站数据信息平台。基于新的全景模型数据融合平台,研究并实现了多源数据的数据辨识、变电站内拓扑分析、电气量数据的质量辨识、告警智能分析等高级应用,较好地提升了变电站数据的交互效率和智能化运行管理水平。
As data models of smart substations, most SCD( substation configuration description) models contain only secondary device model information in project implementation. Based on IEC 61850, a panoramic view modeling technology of primary and secondary equipment in substation is proposed. By integrating the SSD model, prudential model, phasor measurement unit (PMU) model and other professional data model into the panoramic SCD model, a unified platform for intelligent substation data information is established. Based on the new panoramic model data integration platform, the advanced applications of data fusion such as data identification of multi-source data, topology analysis, quality identification of electric quantity data, alarm intelligent analysis of the substation are mainly researched and realized, which can improve the data exchange efficiency and intelligent operation management level of substation.
