摘要
针对智能变电站的二次系统架构与传统变电站存在差异,造成合并单元等设备的引入大大增加系统复杂程度、影响系统稳定运行的问题,采用相似预计方法对合并单元进行可靠性预计,得出年失效率为千分之一数量级的结论。分析合并单元的主要元器件故障模式及其产生的影响,结合智能变电站保护装置特点,从异常报文处置、保护逻辑处理方面提出了改进措施。
In allusion to differences between the secondary system of intelligent substation and traditional substation as well as problems of greatly increasing complexity of the secondary system and influence on stable operation of the system due to introduction of equipment such as the merging unit, a similar predicted method was adopted for reliability prediction on the merging unit and then it drew a conclusion that the failure rate was millesimal order. Failure modes of main devices of the merging unit and influence of failures were analyzed. Combining characteristic of the protection device of the intelligent sub-station, improvement measures in terms of abnormal message processing and protection logic processing were proposed.
