摘要
本文报道了云南天文台的大型塔式太阳望远镜选址的踏勘和筛选工作结果。根据筛选阶段观测资料的分析和处理结果得到:滇池西岸的白鱼口点太阳像宁静度最好。本工作表明在昆明附近地区选择一个太阳像宁静度较好的太阳塔塔址是可能的。
The results of surveying and sieving sites for selecting sites of a large solar tower telescope at Yunnan Cbservatory are reported in the present article. According to the analyses and processes of the observations obtained at the sieving stage, we draw a conclusion that the solar seeing is best at the place named Baiyukou on the west bank of Dian Lake in the vicinity of Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is possible that a site with better solar seeing for a tower telescope may be selected in the vicinity of Kunming.
