摘要
以针状焦和沥青为主要原料,采用细颗粒配方,利用特殊成型技术、提纯技术和新型装炉技术生产电解镁用石墨阳极,并对其进行物理性能检测。结果表明,试验生产的石墨阳极与国外同类产品相比,具有更高的物理性能指标,其体积密度为1.84 g/cm^3,电阻率为3.5μΩ·m,抗折强度为23.1 MPa,抗压强度为30.1 MPa,灰分为320×10^(-6)。
The graphite anode for magnesium electrolysis was produced with needle coke and asphalt as the main raw materials,by using fine particle formula,special molding technology,purification technology,and new furnace charging technology.The physical properties of the graphite anode obtained were tested.The results show that the graphite anode produced by this research process has higher physical index than the foreign graphite anode,with the volume density of 1.84 g/cm3,the resistivity of 3.5μΩ·m,the flexural strength of 23.1 MPa,the compressive strength of 30.1 MPa,and the ash of 320×10-6.
