摘要
研究贵州苦丁茶植物粗壮女贞(Ligustrumrobustun Bl)叶挥发性化学成分,并对其进行定性和定量分析。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏乙醚提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行分析,结合计算机检索技术,对化学成分进行分离鉴定,NIST、WILEY 化合物谱库检索,应用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:从贵州苦丁茶中分离出92种成分峰,鉴定出53种,鉴定率为57.6%,主要成分是十六烷(Hexadecane),含量9.46%;其次是α—石竹烯(alphe.-Caryophyllene),含量6.31%。结论:贵州苦丁茶原植物粗壮女贞(Ligustrumrobustun Bl)挥发油成分主要是萜类,类型为单萜和倍半萜。
Study on the chemical constituents of volatile oils from the Ligustrumrobustum BI.Methods:The volatile oils were obtained by steam distillation.The chemical compositions were separated by Gc.The relative contents in the volatile oils were determined by area nomalization and NIST & WILEY library searched seperated and 92 were separated and 53 were identified representing 57.6% of the total contents from the Ligustrumrobustum BI.Conclusion:Terpenes which are monoterpene and sesquiterpene are the major chemical constituents in the oils from the Ligustrumrobustum BI.
