摘要
对贵州苦丁茶原植物粗壮女贞(Ligustrum robustum BI.)的叶用水蒸气蒸馏乙醚提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱—质谱联用仪进行分析,结合计算机检索技术,对化学成分进行分离鉴定,NIST、WILEY化合物谱库检索,应用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果表明,从贵州苦丁茶中分离出92种成分峰,鉴定出53种,鉴定率为57.6％,主要成分是十六烷(Hexadecane),含量为9.43％;其次是α-石竹烯(alpha.-Caryophyllene),含量为6.31％。贵州苦丁茶原植物粗壮女贞挥发油成分主要是萜类,类型为单萜和倍半萜。
A study has been attempted on the chemical constituents of volatile oils from the Ligustrum robustum Bl. The volatile oils were obtained by steam distillation. The chemical compositions were separated by GC. The relative contents in the volatile oils were determined by area nomalization and NIST & WILEY library searched seperated and 92 were separated and 53 were identified representing 57. 6% of the total contents from the Ligustrum robustum Bl. Terpenes which are monoterpene and sesquiterpene are the major chemical constituents in the volatile oils from the Ligustrum robustum Bl.
