不同有机肥对毛叶枣产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Organic Fertilizers on Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.Yield, Quality and Soil Fertility

摘要 以广东雷州半岛种植区为例,通过田间小区试验研究了不同有机肥处理对毛叶枣树产量、品质及果园土壤肥力的影响,旨在为生产上毛叶枣科学施肥提供技术支持。试验设3个处理:不施有机肥处理(CK)、鸡粪堆肥(CM)及精制有机肥(ROF)。结果表明:(1)与CK比较,有机肥处理显著增加了叶片SPAD值,果实可溶性固形物、维生素C含量也有不同程度提高,可滴定酸则出现了下降,其中ROF处理效果最好。与CK相比,ROF处理单果重和产量显著提高,增幅分别为19.2%、68.7%;(2)施用有机肥能够提高有机质、有效磷含量最高可达33.7%、24.3%,提高了土壤肥力水平。ROF处理VCR(vario-cost ratio)值为2.5,高于CM处理,精制有机肥在毛叶枣栽培上具有较好的应用前景。 A field plot experiment was carried out to study the effects of different organic fertilizers on Ber(Zizyphus mauritiana Lam. cv. Misi) yield, quality and soil fertility. There were three fertilizer treatments, no organic fertilization(CK), chicken manure compost(CM) and refined organic fertilizer(ROF). The results showed that the applications of organic fertilizer enhanced the SPAD values of leaves. Meanwhile, the contents of fruit soluble solid and vitamin C were improved, and the contents of total titration acid were also declined in the treatment of ROF, respectively.Compared to CK, the fruit weights and yields in ROF were increased by 19.2% and 68.7%, respectively. Different organic fertilizer treatments increased the organic matters in the soil with 33.7% to the greatest extent, while readily available phosphorus increased 24.3%. and soil fertility was improved significantly. The newly added value could reach2.5 yuan per 1 yuan investment under ROF treatment. To fertilize Ber with ROF is economical viable which offering a new perspective for Ber nutrients management.
