摘要
用λ=532nm 的 Q 开关 Nd:YAG 的 SHG 光束为光源的光散射层析法,可以无损地观测BBO 晶体中位错的形态。适当地选择入射光束的直径和方向,可以看到衬度很好的 Frank—Read位错圈和三维 Frank 网络。为 BBO 晶体生长工艺及缺陷研究提供了一种有效的手法。
The nondestructive topography of dislocations in BBO crystalsby using the light scattering tomography with a SHG of Q-switching Nd:YAGlaser at 532 nm have been observed This method can provide a clear contrastof Frank-Read dislocation loop and three-dimensional Frank network,on cond-ition that light direction and the beam diameter are appropriate adjusted itprovide a powerful tool for improving the crystalgrowth technique of BBOas the crystal defect detection.
