摘要
位错是BBO晶体中的主要缺陷。用λ=532nm的Q开关Nd:YAG的SHG(Second Harmonics Generation)为光源的LST法(Light Scattering Tomography),可以无损地观测晶体中的位错形态。BBO晶体中的位错形态为空间型的麻绳花样的三维网络。位错线上级饰有许多外来杂质。
Dislocation is one of the main defects in BBO crystals. A new non-destructive light scattering tomography with a SHG (Second Harmonics Generation) of Q-switch Nd: YAG laser at 532. nm has been used to detect and observe the topography of dislocations in BBO crystals. The observed dislocation images are winding lines similar to the threads twisted irregularly in the space. The dislocation lines are decorated by foreign atoms.
