提升安徽出口农产品国际竞争力问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 农产品生产加工及出口历来是安徽农业经济的重要组成部分,受到决策层极大关注。随着经济"新常态"逐渐成为"稳态",单纯通过扩大规模、粗放增长的生产及出口模式,已经不能适应当前经济增长持续放缓的新形势,迫切需要构建以提高发展质量为内涵的新模式,提升国际竞争力。在考察安徽农产品生产分布特征及优势,归纳影响农产品国际竞争力因素基础上,发现安徽农产品出口存在转型发展缓慢、科技含量低、创新人才匮乏、制度保障不健全、品牌影响力弱的问题。提出以"优势资源力、优质服务力、强劲竞争力、协同创新力、有效制度保障力"为支撑和特色的出口贸易"核心竞争力",进一步增强安徽出口农产品国际竞争力。 Processing and export of agricultural products has always been an important part of the agricultural economy of Anhui by the decision-making of great concern. With the economic"new normal" gradually becoming a"steady state", simply by expanding the scale of production and export of extensive growth mode, can’t adapt to the new situation of the current economic growth continued to slow. The urgent need is building a new model in order to improve the quality of the content and enhancing international competitiveness. During the inspection of Anhui agricultural production advantages and summarizing the factors affecting the international competitiveness of agricultural products on the basis of Anhui, we found the restructuring development slow, lack of innovative talents, system security is not perfect, the problem of weak brand low-tech in agricultural export. We propose to build an export trade"core competencies"including"force superior resources, ser-vice force, strong competitiveness, collaborative innovation, effective system to protect the force", and we wish to further enhance the interna-tional competitiveness of Anhui agricultural exports.
