摘要
提出一种全方向M型心动图的边界提取方法.M型心动图边界是采样线血液与腔室壁组织结构形成的分界线与采样线交点位置变化的时间函数,根据这一特殊性,设计了基于灰度值的线状模板搜索法,并结合人工干预和曲线插值技术进行全方向M型心动图边界的准自动提取.该方法能够较好地解决心动图边界即运动轨迹的检测问题,为提取心脏各结构各部位功能性运动的动态信息提供可靠基础.
Describes a method to detect the edge of omnidirectional M-mode echocardiography images. According to the particularity of the images' edge that they are the combination of the crossing points of the sample line and the boundary between the blood and the heart by the time, we designed a searching method of linear template based on gray, and combined manual intervention and curve interpolation technology to complete the detection automatically. The method can well solve the border detection of omnidirectional M-mode echocardiography images, and therefore, it can offer accurate reliable moving trace for the extraction of dynamic information from the images.
