摘要
介绍一种从超声心动图序列图像中提取一种新运动信息的新方法——全方向M型心动图。该方法的动态信息检测是在超声心动图序列图像中重建任意方向线上灰度(位置)时间函数,从而该检测系统可以获得心脏某结构、某部位的运动轨迹乃至于运动速度和加速度。该系统还可以提取2维心动图下方的心电图和全方向M型心动图同步地显示。为此提供了全方向M型心动图检测所需的时间基准。研制的L EJ- 1型全方位M型心动图系统已在医院进行2年左右的临床应用。
It introduces a new method-Omnidirectional M-mode echocardiography, which can detect the dynamic information from sequential echocardiography. The method for detecting dynamic information is based on the rebuilding of their gray (position)~time function on direction lines. So the system can get motion track, motion velocity and acceleration of a part of a cardiac structure at moment. The system also can show a lot of omnidirectional M-mode echocardiography with ECG synchronously, that is rebuild from 2D echocardiography. The ECG can supply a standard of time for omnidirectional M-mode echocardiography. ©, 2005, Science Press. All right reserved.
