摘要
运动检测广泛的应用于机器视觉和基于对象的视频编码以及生物医学的运动功能分析等领域。文章分析了平面封闭边界运动和傅里叶描述系数的变化关系,提出了基于边界傅里叶描述子和Hough变换检测平面封闭边界的运动,并通过计算机仿真证明该方法的可行性。
Motion detection plays a fundamental role in machine vision,object-based video compression and motion analysis in biomedicine.Through analysis of relation between boundary motion and variance of Fourier transform coefficient,Motion detection of planar closed boundary using Fourier descriptors and Hough transform is proposed in the paper.computer simulation results show that the methods is feasible and effective.
