芒果在座果后经过约95天的生长达到成熟,果实在整个生长过程呈慢—快—慢的生长规律。其生理落果主要发生在座果后70天内。果实的过氧化物酶和IAA氧化酶活性以及可溶性蛋白质和总可溶性糖的含量均随果实的生长而提高,至80—85天时达到高峰,尔后降低。败育果的过氧化物酶、IAA氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量高于正常果,可溶性蛋白质、总可溶性糖低于正常果,随着果实的生长,这种差异愈加显著。
Mango fruits became ripened on 95th day after fruit setting. The whole development period showed a slow-quick-slow growth pattern, Physiological fruit drop occurred on 70th day.The activities of peroxidase and IAA oxidase and contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar raised with the increase of fruit age, reaching a peak on 80th to 85th day before a sharp decline.The activities of peroxidase and IAA oxidase and content of proline fruits were higher in abortive rather than normal fruits, while the contents of soluble proteins and soluble sugars were lower in normal rather abortive fruits. More pronounced differences could be observed toward the maturity of fruits.
