摘要
讨论在基于"2011计划"的指导思想下,通过对高校创新资源管理服务系统的发展现状的研究分析,阐述了系统开发的可行性和必要性;通过详细的需求分析,提出了一套以平台为基础来构建高校创新资源管理服务系统的总体架构设计。
Based on the guiding ideology of 2011 Program,this paper studies and analyzes the current status of development of management and service system of innovation resource in colleges and universities,and discusses feasibility and necessity of system development.Through analysis on detailed needs,it puts forward a set of overall architecture design which constructs the management and service system of innovation resource based on the platform.
