摘要
协同创新是以高校、科研机构、企业、政府等为主体,为实现重大科技创新而开展的大跨度整合的创新组织模式。协同创新是行业划转院校强化办学特色优势的必然选择,是提升科技创新能力的必由之路,是提高人才培养质量的重要途径。西安科技大学把推动协同创新、提升服务能力作为加快特色鲜明的高水平教学研究型大学建设步伐的重要契机,在服务行业和区域发展需求、推进学科交叉融合、培育构建协同创新平台、促进人才培养协同创新等方面进行了积极探索,取得了显著的成效。
Collaborative innovation is a large-span integrated innovation organization pattern with universities,scientific research institutions, enterprises, and government as the main body, aimed at achieving major technological innovations. Collaborative innovation is the inevitable choice to strengthen the characteristic advantage for industry-transferred universities, is the only way to enhance scientific and technological innovation, and is an important means to improve the quality of talent training. Regarding promoting collaborative innovation and enhancing serving ability as the important opportunity of accelerating the construction of high-level teaching-research university with distinctive characteristics, Xi' an University of Science and Technology has reaped remarkable achievements in terms of serving the needs of industrial and regional development, promoting the interdisciplinary integration, developing and constructing the collaborative innovation platform, and boosting collaborative innovation of talent training.
