摘要
目的 :探讨经腹腔镜置管引流治疗重症出血坏死性胰腺炎的临床价值。方法 :对 8例诊断为重症出血坏死性胰腺炎患者 ,在腹腔镜下用电刀纵行切开胰腺被膜 ,充分暴露、松动胰腺 ,并在多部位引流 ,术后加强引流管的管理。结果 :8例患者均治愈 ,未发生手术相关并发症。结论 :经腹腔镜置管引流可降低重症出血坏死性胰腺炎死亡率及并发症 ,且手术安全。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of laparoscopic placed drainage for the treatment the patient with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods:8 patients with SAP undergone the procedure with longitudinal incision of the pancreatic capsule by electric cautery,and lysis and mobilization of the gland. Multiple tubes were placed in the bed of the pancreas.Results:All the patients were recovered. Conclusions:This procedure is simple,safe and less complicated.
