摘要
用γ-谷氨酰转肽酶—甲胎蛋白(GGT-AFP)双染色法对F_(344)大鼠化学诱发肝癌过程中GGT与AFP的表达进行研究.结果表明,肝细胞癌梁状型以AFP阳性为主,腺管型以GGT阳性为主;胆管细胞癌以GGT阳性为主.提示在形态学上,肝细胞癌可以同时表达GGT与AFP;增生结节GGT和AFP的表达与肝癌的细胞类型相关.对肝癌发生的可能途径进行了讨论.
The expression of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT)and alpha fetoprotein(AFP) during hepatocarcinogenesis induced by chemical carcinogen in Fischer 344 rats was studied by means of double staining of GGT and AFP. The results showed that in hepatocullar carcinoma (HCC),the trabecular pattern stained mainly for AFP,the glandular pattern for GGT and balliary cell cancer for GGT. The results revealed that HCC expressed both GGT and AFP in the same cells, and that GGT and AFP expression of hyperplastic nodules was related to celltype of HCC. A hypothesis of hepatocarcinogenesis is probed.
