摘要 目的:探讨化学诱发大鼠肝癌变的启动、促进、发展和癌形成各个阶段癌基因表达的改变与病理改变的关系。方法:采用的为SoltFarber模型和原位分子杂交方法。结果:cmyc和Nras基因在促癌阶段呈高表达;在诱癌中期以后,随增生结节的发展和癌的形成表达呈增加的趋势。结论:cmyc和Nras基因在肝癌的发生中,具有协同和持续作用。从分子病理学角度。 Aim: To investigate the relationship among the expression of c myc, N ras, and the histologic alterations during initial, promotion, progression and neoplastic formation stages of chemical hepatocacinogenesis in rats. Methods: Solt Farber model and in situ hybridization technique were used. Results: The expression of these two oncogenes began to increase in promotion stage in correlation with the progression of neoplastic nodules and the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion: There might be a synergetic effect between c myc and N ras in hepatocarcinogenesis. The close correlation between hepatocytic nodules and the malignant transformation of hepatocyte was further confirmed by molecular pathological methods.
