脉冲电场和磁场对血液流变学特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:比较不同上升沿的脉冲电场和磁场辐照对血液流变学特性的影响,探寻降低血液粘度,改善凝血状况的一种新的物理方法。方法:每份血样(来源于西京医院血液科高血粘和高凝血患者)等分7份,1份作对照,对另外6份分别作2.5103,2.5104,2.5105T/s;1.5107,1.5108,1.5109V/(m·s)的电场或磁场处理,观察辐照后血液流变参数(全血表观粘度、电泳率、血沉率)及凝血参数(凝血时间、剪切应力、应力变化率)。结果:不同上升沿的脉冲电场和磁场对血液流变学特性的影响不同,ΔE/Δt为1.5109V/(m·s),η下降下降(t=3.221,P<0.01),tr延长(t=3.348,P<0.01),τmax降低(t=2.531,P<0.05),Δτ/Δt减小(t=2.478,P<0.05)。ΔB/Δt为2.5104T/s以上,η下降(t=3.301,P<0.01),tr延长(t=3.521,P<0.01),τmax降低(t=3.482,P<0.01),Δτ/Δt减小(t=3.496,P<0.01)。当ΔE/Δt或ΔB/Δt值超过1.5109V/(m·s)或2.5104T/s时,其辐照可使高血粘患者的血液粘度下降;使高凝血患者的血液凝血过程变慢和凝血块强度降低。在降低血液粘度和改善高凝血状况方面,脉冲磁场较脉冲电场作用效果更明显。结论:脉冲磁场能改善患者血液流变学的特性。 AIM:To compare th e effects of pulsed electric and magnetic fields with different rising edges on hemorheology property of blood and to investig ate a new physical way to reduce blood visc osity and improve status of blood co-agulation.METHODS:Every bloo d sample(from Department of Blood,Xijing Hospital patients in high blood visc osity and high status of coagulation)was equally divided into 7portions,one w as used as control,the other 6were respec-tively treated with different pulse d magnetic or electric fields2.5×10 3 ,2.5×10 4 ,2.5×10 5 T /s;1.5×10 7 ,1.5×10 8 ,1.5×10 9 V /(m·s).Hemorheology(whole blood apparent viscosity,ele ctrophores is rate and blood sedimentation rate)and blood coagulatlon paramete(clotting t ime,shearing stress and stress changes rate)were observed after irradiation.R ESULTS:ΔE/Δt was 1.5109V /(m·s),ηdecreased(t=3.221,P<0 .01),t r prolongated(t=3.348,P<0.01),τ max decreased(t=2.531,P<0.05),Δτ/Δt decreased(t=2.478 ,P<0.05).ΔB/Δt was above2.5104T /s,ηdecreased(t=3.301 ,P<0.01),t r prolongated(t=3.521,P<0.01),τ max decreased(t=3.482,P<0.01),Δτ/Δt de-creased(t=3.49 6,P<0.01).When the titre ofΔE/Δt orΔB/Δt ex-ceeded 1.5×10 9 V /(m·s)or 2.5×10 4 T /s,blood viscosity in high blood viscosity patients was decreased by irr adiation.The different pulsed e lectric and magnetic fields of rising edge had different influences in hemodynam-ics.The effect of pulsed electric an d magne tic fields was obviously in de-creasing blood viscosity and improving high bloo d coagulatlon status.CONCLUSION:The pulsed magnetic field can improve the status of hemorheology property of blood.
