摘要
目的:研究极低频(ELF)脉冲磁场的生物效应.方法:选择不同频率,不同功率的ELF脉冲磁场,对小鼠、人离体血、细菌等实验对象进行不同时间长度的照射,照射后对小鼠的血液流变学指标、自由基指标和血细胞的变化、对小鼠的学习记忆能力、人离体血血液流变学指标和细菌的生化指标及质粒DNA进行测量,研究脉冲磁场作用对这些指标的影响.结果:脉冲电磁场可使血液的表观粘度降低;可抑制小鼠骨髓生成白细胞的功能;可影响大肠杆菌中某些酶的活性及代谢;改善血液流变学特性及自由基特性,并影响小鼠的学习记忆能力.结论:系列研究表明,ELF脉冲磁场的生物效应是存在的,并随磁场强度的不同而不同,存在一定的“窗口”效应区.
AIM: To investigate the bioeffects of pulsed ELF magnetic fields. METHODS: After exposed to ELF fields with different intensity, frequence and interval, the funtion and metabolism of samples (mice,blood,Escherichia colt etc. )were tested. RESULTS= A comprehensive study shows that pulsed ELF magnetic fields can change the number of the leukocytes and the activity or metabolism of some enzymes in Escherchia coli, can improve free radical metabolism and hemorheological characteristics of blood and change the learning and memory capability of mice in certain intensity of the fields. CONCLUTION: The results of the experiments indicate that the effects of the pulsed ELF magnetic field are exist, and they're different with the change of the intensity of the fields. The bioeffects of the pulsed ELF magnetic fields may exist 'window' effect.
