摘要
目的 研究正常人与干燥综合征(SS)患者球结膜HLA-DR^+细胞、郎格罕细胞(LC)及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化特征。方法 采用链菌素-过氧化物酶法检测正常人与SS患者球结膜组织免疫淋巴细胞。结果 SS患者球结膜大量T淋巴细胞浸润,抑制性T细胞(CD8^+)较辅助性T细胞(CD4^+)为多,LC数量减少,且鳞状上皮化生明显;SS球结膜中HLA-DR^+细胞较正常人明显增加。结论 SS患者球结膜有显著的病理改变和免疫细胞异常。
Objective To study the features of Langerhan's Cell(LC) , HLA-DR+ cell and lymphocyte subsets in bulbar conjunctiva in normal human and patients with Sjogren's syndrome(SS). Methods Bulbar conjunctiva of normal human and patients with SS were examined using immunoperoxidase staining. Results Remarkable T lymphocytic infiltration of bulbar conjunctiva was observed in patients with SS . The number of CD8+ cells was greater than that of T-helper(CD4+ )cells. The number of LC in bulbar conjunctiva markedly decreased and squamous metaplasia in bulbar conjunctiva was obviously seen in patients with SS . HLA-DR+ cell count in bulbar conjunctiva of SS was much more numerous than that of normal human. Conclusions There are obviously histopathologic changes and abnormality of immunocytes in bulbar conjunctiva in patients with SS .
