摘要
用ＣＤ系列单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）、间接免疫荧光法，检测了干性角结膜炎（ＫＣＳ）患者３８例和对照组正常人３５例的外周血Ｔ细胞亚群。结果发现ＫＣＳ组ＣＤ＿３和ＣＤ＿４细胞的百分数均低于对照组（分别为Ｐ＜０．００２和Ｐ＜０．０２）；ＣＤ＿８细胞的百分数高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０２）；ＣＤ＿４／ＣＤ＿８的比值低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示ＫＣＳ患者机体的免疫功能不正常，ＫＣＳ可能是一种病毒性眼病。
he authors examined the T-lymphocyte subsets by
indirect immunofluorescence assay in peripheral blood of patients
with KCS and normals,using monoclonal antibodies. The results showed
that the percentageof CD_3 cells and the value of CD_4/CD_8 in KCS
group were markedly lower than those of controlgroup. Thepercentages
of CD_4 and CD_8 cells in KCS group were higher than those of control
group. The difference be-tween them was significant.The findings
indicated that the immunofunction of patient with KCS is abnormal.The
KCS may be a kind of ocular disease caused by virus.
