摘要
为了解研究前牙根管的数目和形态，以及它们不同的根管类型，作者检查１２００个前牙，每个牙齿均用两种方法摄片。结果前牙有４种根管形态，双根管比单根管少见，双根管的发生率为９．６％（１１５／１２００）．作者指出，优良的ｘ线片在确定牙内外解剖是有明显价值的。必须从两个或多个角度摄片，如果在主根管的近中或远中有一条线状透射影像，则应考虑为双根管。
The aim of this study was to determine the number and morphology of anterior dental root canals ,and their different types. 1200 permanent anterior teeth were examined with radiographs. Each tooth was radiographed with two methods. The results showed there were four types of canals configulation in these teeth ,two canals were present in less than one canal ,the incidence of two canals was 9. 6%.Author indicated that good quality of radiograph get an obviious value in determing both external and internal anatomy of teeth. The radiographs should be taken from two of seyeral different angles. If a radiolucent line was located at mesial to distal of main canal , two canals should be suspected.
