摘要
目的:了解上颌侧切牙根管弯曲情况。方法:收集88例患者(176颗上颌侧切牙)的锥形束CT(CBCT)图像,并进行性别、年龄及左右分组。应用CBCT三维方向寻找弯曲平面,测量根管弯曲角度,计算根管弯曲长度及弯曲半径。采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:上颌侧切牙根管均为Ⅰ型根管;直根管构成比为39.2%(69/176),弯曲根管构成比为58.0%(102/176),S型根管构成比为2.8%(5/176)。性别、年龄及左右分组中上颌侧切牙直根管、中度弯曲根管及重度弯曲根管的总体分布差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。性别分组及左右分组间上颌侧切牙根管弯曲长度差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),不同年龄分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上颌侧切牙根管弯曲半径在性别、年龄及左右分组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:上颌侧切牙以弯曲根管为主,其中中度弯曲根管所占比例最大,40岁及以上患者的上颌侧切牙根管弯曲长度更短。
Objective:To investigate the root canal curvature of maxillary lateral incisors.Methods:Cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)images of 176 maxillary lateral incisors of 88 patients were collected on male and female groups,the different age groups and the left and right groups.CBCT was used to find the curved plane,the root canal curvature of maxillary lateral incisors was measured,the root canal length and radius of the root canal were calculated,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software package.Results:Root canals of maxillary lateral incisors were mainly of typeⅠ.The prevalence rate of curved root canal was 58.0%,and the prevalence rate of s-type root canal was 2.8%.The incidence rate of the maxillary incisor alveolar root canal,moderately curved root canal,and severely curved root canal was not statistically significant between the sex,age,and the left and right sides(P>0.05).The root canal length of maxillary lateral incisors between different gender groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the root canal length of maxillary lateral incisors between different age groups had significant difference(P<0.05),and the root canal length of maxillary lateral incisors between left-right groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The maxillary lateral incisors are mainly curved root canals,of which the proportion of moderate curvature is the largest.Comparing elder than 40 years population and younger than 40 years population,the former one have shorter root canal length of the maxillary lateral incisors.
