整合素连接激酶与肾脏疾病 被引量：3

摘要 整合素连接激酶 (integrin linkedkinase,ILK)是一种丝氨酸 /苏氨酸蛋白激酶 ,可以同整合素b1、b3亚基胞浆域结合 ,参与多种信号传导通路 ,包括整合素、生长因子及Wnt信号传导通路 ,在调节细胞粘附、凋亡、铺展、迁移、生长、细胞周期、基质积聚、肿瘤形成等过程中起重要作用 ,与肾脏疾病的发生过程相关。
