摘要
在提出转向梯形传动比、转向摇臂-节臂传动比等概念的基础上,推导出转向传动机构传动比的计算方法,并讨论了转向传动机构传动比对汽车转向力均匀性的影响,以及影响转向传动机构传动比的主要因素。通过对汽车转向力均匀性与汽车最大转向力关系的讨论,找出了改进汽车转向力均匀性及降低汽车最大转向力的方法,为改善汽车的转向轻便性,提供了可行之有效的途径。
In the conceptions of Ackerman steering ratio and steering gear armknuckle arm ratio, the equations for calculating the steering linkage reduction ratio are derived. The influence of steering linkage reduction ratio upon the uniformity of steering force and some main influential factors are discussed in this paper. Through the discussion about the relations between the uniformity of steering force and maximum steering force of motor vehicles, ways for improving the uniformity and reducing the maximum steering force are found. It provides a feasible and effective approach for improving the steering response of motor vehicles.
