土地开发是开发区的核心和载体,目前我国经济开发区土地开发分为外商独资、政府投资等四种模式。中西部地区经济开发区在进行土地开发和基础设施建设时,必须走多元化投资、多渠道融资的道路。
land development is the core and carrier of a development zone. There are four patterns for land development in the economicdevelopment zones in China such as development by sole foreign investment and governmental investment, etc. The land development andinfrastructure construction in the economic development zones in the central and western areas must follow the pattern of diversifiedinvestment and multi-channel financing.[
