摘要
从介绍开发区发展历程出发,对开发区土地集约利用进行了评价。针对开发区闲置用地产生原因,论述了开发区闲置用地处置障碍,并提出了处置建议。
Starting from introducing the development process of development zone, the intensive use of development zone land were evaluated.Aiming at the causes of unused land in development zone, the obstacles of use were discussed. Moreover, the recommendations for using unused land in development zone were put forward.
