摘要
师德和教师权威是两个敏感而沉重的话题。时代的变革和社会的进步赋予教师角色和师生关系以全新的内涵,使传统师德和教师权威面临冲击与挑战。为推进中国教育事业跨跃式发展,有必要对传统师德和教师权威进行反思和重构。
The teachers' virtue and authority are sensitive and ponderous topics. The era transformation and social advancement have endowed brand-new meanings to the role of teachers and the relationship between teachers and students. Accordingly the traditional teachers' virtue and authority are confronted with impact and challenge. In order to speed up Chinese education project progress it is necessary for us to reconsider and reconstruct the traditional teachers' virtue and authority.
