摘要
从哈耶克的社会二元观出发 ,借鉴了诺思、纳尔逊、温特等人的演讲论思想 ,从理论上分析、对比了中美两国金融经营体制的不同选择 ,提出了中国金融经营体制未来演进的路径。
From Hayekian social dualism theory, this paper theoretically analyzes and compares the different choice of financial operation system in China and U.S.A. It also points out the path of future evolution of Chinese financial industry.
