摘要
研究了一种光纤荧光温度传感器信号处理的技术———实时频域处理技术 ,给出了激励光和荧光的表示形式、激励光调制的频率和系统采样频率的关系 ,用快速傅立叶变换计算出荧光和激励光的相位延迟 ,并对应出荧光的寿命 ,根据预先存储好的温度和寿命的关系 ,得到温度 ,温度的分辨率小于 1℃。
One kind of signal processing technique, real time frequency domain technique, for optical fiber fluorescence temperature sensor is studied. Representation of excitation light and response fluorescence and relation between excitation light modulation frequency and sampling frequency are given. The phase delay of fluorescence and excitation light is calculated by fast fourier transform for getting lifetime of fluorescence. According to the relation of temperature and fluorescence lifetime stored in EPROM, the temperature is obtained. The resolution of temperature is less than 1℃.
