摘要
对灰色信息的概念与价值做了简要介绍,在此基础上,对国外的灰色信息白色化进程及我国应如何建立完善的灰色信息体系,并使之白色化进行了阐述。
This paper briefly introduces the concept and value of the grey information and, based on this, expounds the whitening process of foreign grey information how to set up perfect grey information system in China and make it be whitened.
