摘要
本文对寻找灰色信息的几种形式和处理等问题进行了阐述,尤其对国内外文化、科技、教育、经济环境问题的分析,有助于正确把握灰色信息变动态势。具体问题的处理已在文中给出。同时笔者提出了处理寻找灰色信息的几个原则和方法。
This article expounds some of the procedures involved in search of the grey information. It also analyses the cultural, scientific,educational and economic environments both at home and abroad, which contributes especially to the correct understanding of the changing situations of the grey information. The solutions to the specific problems have been given in the article. In addition, the author points out several principles and methods relating to the search for the grey information.
