摘要
目的:评估混合免疫球蛋白反应(MAR)技术在男性不育症临床检查的应用价值。方法:利用三种MAR试剂盒,检测2011年12月至2018年12月来广西壮族自治区南溪山医院收治的288例男性不育症患者的精液标本中的抗精子抗体(AsAb)。结果:测试的平均阳性率为19.10%;IgG组阳性率为16.95%;IgG和IgA双抗体组阳性率为22.35%;IgG(或IgA)与IgM双抗体组阳性率为23.08%。MAR测试的阳性率随着测试所使用的抗体种类的增多而增高。结论:(1)部分男性不育症患者精液中存在多种AsAb;(2)同时检测2种或3种抗体可提高MAR的检测的灵敏度和阳性率;(3)MAR检测AsAb具有一定的临床意义和价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of mixed immunoglobulin response(MAR)technology in clinical examination of male infertility.Methods Antisperm antibodies(AsAb)in semen samples from 288 male infertility patients were tested using three mixed antiglobulin reaction kits Results The average positive rate of the test was 19.10%;the positive rate of IgG group was 16.95%;the positive rate of IgG and IgA diabody group was 22.35%;the positive rate of IgG(or IgA)and IgM diabody group was 23.08%.The positive rate of the MAR test increased with the increase in the number of antibodies used in the test.Conclusions(1)There are a variety of AsAbs in the semen of some male infertility patients;(2)Simultaneous detection of two or three antibodies can increase the sensitivity and positive rate of MAR detection;(3)MAR detection of AsAb has certain clinical significance and value.
