摘要 目的:分析单病种住院费用的影响因素及构成,为控制医疗费用提供科学依据。方法:对深圳市第二人民医院2015年1月1日至2017年12月31日收治的冠心病单病种住院费用进行单因素分析和人工神经网络分析。结果:冠心病患者的药占比已经得到有效控制,而材料占比逐年攀升,过快地抬高了住院费用。住院天数是影响住院医疗费用最显著的可控因素。结论:医院应该严控药品、材料等高成本项目的使用,大力提升医疗技术服务项目的价值,同时要有效缩短平均住院日。 Objective To provide scientific evidence in order to control the expenses of medical care by analysing the impact factors and the composition of the expenses of inpatient care due to a single disease.Methods One-factor analysis of variance and neural network analysis based on the data of the expenses of the inpatient care of coronary heart disease patients from 2015 to 2017 in second people’s hospital of Shenzhen.Results The proportion of medicines in patients with coronary heart disease has been effectively controlled,and the proportion of materials has increased year by year,and the hospitalization expenses have been raised too quickly.Hospitalization days are the most significant controllable factors affecting hospitalization costs.Conclusion The hospital should apply strict control over high-cost items including medication and medical appliances,while endow greater values in medical services and shorten the average days of admission.
