摘要
目的:研究宫腔镜电切术后放置曼月乐对于预防子宫内膜息肉复发的疗效。方法:选取东莞市樟木头医院2014年5月至2016年10月收治的120例进行宫腔镜电切术的子宫内膜息肉患者进行对比研究,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组术后不采取任何措施,观察组采取放置曼月乐治疗措施。结果:治疗后,观察组患者在月经改善情况和复发率方面对比对照组均具有显著优势,且子宫内膜厚度改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫内膜息肉手术患者采取宫腔镜电切术后放置曼月乐的方式,能够有效改善患者月经状况,同时降低复发率。
Objective To study the effect of hysteroscopic surgery for the efficacy of Mirena prevention of recurrent endometrial polyps. Methods a comparative study in our hospital from May 2014-2016 year in October treated 120 cases of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 60 patients in control group. The observation group did not take any measures, take the Mirena treatment. Results the patients in the observation group to improve the situation and the recurrence rate compared with the control group had significant advantages in menstruation, while adverse reactions were observed at lower rate compared to the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion on Patients with endometrial polyps surgery by hysteroscopic resection after Mirena, can effectively improve the patients' menstrual status, and reduce the recurrence rate and the rate of adverse reactions.
