摘要
本文论述美国STC教育改革的背景和主要内容,并与黄炎培先生提倡的大职教教育思想进行对比。研究结果表明大职教理念与STC教育改革提倡的生涯教育、加强企业合作、全民教育等理念具有高度地一致性,但是双方强调的职业教育侧重点略有不同。美国STC教育改革强调生源广泛性、职业教育衔接、校企合作深度和关注学生个性化发展等思想,大职教理念更加强调生源针对性、职业教育融合性、校企合作广度、全面发展、职业道德、服务精神和职业习惯等思想。最后,借鉴美国STC教育改革和大职教教育思想,论文提出了从建立生涯指导培训体系、加强校企合作、整合课程和加强现代教育技术在职业教育中应用等措施。
This paper discusses the background and main content of American STC education reform,and compares it with the idea of general vocational education advocated by Mr.Huang Yanpei.The results show that the latter is highly consistent with the former in terms of education concepts such as career education and school-enterprise cooperation.Yet they differ slightly in their focuses.STC education emphasizes a versatile enrollment channel,while general vocational education targets specific students.STC education has an in-depth cooperation with enterprises and tends to develop students’unique personality,while general vocational education cooperates with enterprises in a broader sense.And the latter pays more attention to develop students’all-round skills and work ethics.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures such as building up a career guidance training system,improving a close school-enterprise cooperation,integrating present courses and promoting the application of modern education technologies.
