摘要
作为肩负培养多样化技术技能人才重要职责的高职教育,在"互联网+"背景下既面临着创新发展、人口红利拐点、新技术广泛应用等方面的重大机遇,同时也面临着新产业新需求、经济转型发展导致的产业升级以及传统产能过剩、高职教育快速发展但信息化设施设备基础薄弱、教师教学能力不能适应新要求等严峻挑战。新时期高职教育必须要解决制度设计、人才培养模式创新、课程体系构建、职业教育衔接等方面存在的突出问题,而这需要通过政府、企业、学校三个层面的共同努力。
As an important responsibility for cultivating diverse technical and technical talents and in the context of“Internet+”,higher vocational education faces not only major opportunities for innovation and development,demographic dividend turning point,and widespread application of new technologies,but also faces new demand of industries,industrial upgrading caused by economic transformation and development,as well as traditional overcapacity,rapid development of higher vocational education,the instability of information infrastructure and the adaptility of teachers’teaching ability to new requirements.The prominent problems of higher vocational education in the new era must be solved in aspect of system design,talent training model innovation,curriculum system construction,vocational education linkage,which requires the joint efforts of government,enterprises and schools.
