摘要
'卓越工程师培养计划'是一项重大的人才培养模式战略改革,对高质量工程技术人才培养起着关键作用。本研究针对陕西科技大学印刷工程专业卓越工程师培养对象遴选时所出现的问题,根据卓越工程师培养的要求和目标,通过调查问卷的方式建立了卓越工程师遴选的综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定了各特征指标的权重系数,并说明了遴选体系的实际应用。构建的遴选指标体系为卓越工程师的选择提供了有效的评价方法,增加了卓越工程师遴选的科学性与准确性,对于'卓越计划'的有效实施有一定的指导意义。
'Excellent Engineer Training Program'is an important strategic reform of talent training mode,which plays a key role in the training of high-quality engineering and technical personnel.In view of the problems in the selection of excellent engineers for printing engineering majoring in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology,according to the requirements and objectives of excellent engineers training,a comprehensive index evaluation system for outstanding students selection was established by means of questionnaire.The weight coefficient of each characteristic index was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the practical application of the selection system was further explained.The establishment of the selection index system provides a selection method for the selection of outstanding students,which increases science and accuracy,and has certain guiding significance for the effective implementation of the'excellent program'.
