摘要
基于对陕西省典型地市的调查,本文描述了留守儿童生存和关爱服务需求现状、关爱服务体系供给现状,总结了留守儿童关爱服务体系建设存在的问题,提出了留守儿童关爱服务体系建设内容和相关建议。研究发现,留守儿童与非留守儿童相比,虽然在遭受意外伤害等方面存在一定的群体差异,出现极端情况的可能性高于非留守儿童,但整体而言,留守儿童与非留守儿童生存状况的群体差异并不显著。陕西省留守儿童关爱服务体系建设取得了积极进展,但还存在关爱服务内容理想化、持续性不强、缺乏专业服务人才等问题。考虑到是否会对留守儿童造成二次伤害等问题,建议在实际工作中将留守儿童工作融于儿童工作之中,淡化"留守儿童"这一名词的使用。
Based on the survey of typical cities in Shaanxi Province, this paper describes demands of left-behind children to survive and being cared, care and service system supplied by relevant departments, summarizes the problems of the care and service system, then puts forward suggestions to construct care and service system of left-behind children. This study find that group differences exist between leftbehind children and non-left-behind children in terms of suffering accidental injuries. Besides, left-behind children are involved in more extreme situations. Generally, there is no significant difference between leftbehind children and non-left-behind children in the survival status. Great progress has been made on the construction of care and service system of left-behind children in Shaanxi province, but there are still some problems, such as idealization of content in care and service system, lack of sustainability in care activities and lack of professional service personnel. Considering whether caring and serving left-behind children will cause secondary injury to left-behind children, we suggest that the work of left-behind children should be integrated into the work of ordinary children;the use of the term'left-behind children' should be minimized.
