摘要
肝纤维化常见于不同原因引起的慢性肝脏疾病病程中,进一步发展可形成肝硬化,严重影响患者健康,抗肝纤维化是慢性肝病的重要治疗措施,临床证实肝纤维化与一定程度的肝硬化都是可逆的,尤其是中医药具有较好的综合疗效。文章就龙柴方对乙肝肝纤维化的疗效作用,从中医学对肝纤维化病因病机认识、龙柴方的立法依据、组方意义及组分药物的现代药理研究等角度进行了分析研讨,为解释和揭示龙柴方对乙肝肝纤维化发挥的疗效作用提供一定的理论依据。
Liver fibrosis is common in the course of chronic liver diseases caused by different causes.Further development of liver fibrosis can lead to cirrhosis,which severely affects the health and life of patients.Anti fibrosis is an important therapeutic measure for chronic liver diseases.Based on clinical evidence,liver fibrosis and a certain degree of cirrhosis are reversible,especially traditional Chinese medicine has a better comprehensive effect.In this paper,the therapeutic effect of Longchai formula on hepatitis B liver fibrosis was discussed from the aspects of the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of liver fibrosis,the legislative basis of Longchai formula,the significance of its formulation and the modern pharmacological study of its constituents.It may provide some theoretical reference for the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis by Longchai formula.
