摘要
我国航空运输周转量日益上升,航班延误问题也日益加重,这不仅对航空服务质量和经济收益造成影响,还严重威胁到民航系统的正常运行。为更好地解决延误问题,就必须清楚地认识到导致延误的原因,并在延误发生时提出有效的解决方案,保证旅客的权益。本文首先对全球航班延误现状进行了分析,并对我国航班延误现状进行了研究,然后对导致航班延误的主要因素进行了分析,最后针对导致航班延误的不同原因制定了应对策略。
China's air traffic turnover is increasing,and flight delays are becoming more and more serious.This not only affects the quality of aviation services and economic benefits,but also seriously threatens the normal operation of the civil aviation system.In order to better solve the delay problem,it is necessary to clearly understand the causes of delays and propose effective solutions to guarantee passengers'rights and interests when delays occur.This paper first analyzes the status quo of global flight delays,and studies the current situation of flight delays in China.Then it analyzes the main factors causing flight delays,and finally formulates countermeasures for different reasons leading to flight delays.
