摘要
目的 研究黄芪多糖对脾虚水湿不化大鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。方法 高脂低蛋白加力竭游泳法建立脾虚水湿不化大鼠模型,给与高、中、低剂量黄芪多糖灌胃,检测负重力竭游泳时间、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血尿素(UREA)、血清丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果 与模型对照组比,黄芪多糖组负重力竭游泳时间延长(P<0.01),血清TG、CHOL、LDL及UREA水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清MDA水平降低(P<0.05)。结论 黄芪多糖可有效改善脾虚水湿不化大鼠疲劳状况。
Objective To investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)on anti-fatigue function of rats with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods The rat model with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency was induced by the high fat and low protein diet and exhaustive swimming method.The model rats were administrated APS.The swimming time,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHOL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),blood urea(UREA),and malondiadehyde(MDA)were tested.Results Compared with the model group,the exhausted swimming time increased(P<0.01),the level of TG,CHOL,LDL,and UREA decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and MDA level decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion APS can attenuate the fatigue condition of rats with dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency,and exert their functions of invigorating spleen and removing dampness.
