摘要
目的探讨应用中医护理结合针灸治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法将该院在2017年1月—2018年1月期间诊治的66例乳腺增生患者纳入研究对象,将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组采用常规药物治疗和护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加针灸治疗和中医护理,对比两组患者取得的临床效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗的有效率分别为93.94%和81.82%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者乳房肿块缩小更加明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者随访1年,观察组复发率为9.09%,对照组复发率为30.30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺增生患者采用针灸治疗联合中医护理,效果确切,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods 66 cases of breast hyperplasia treated by our hospital in January2017-January 2018 were included in the study subjects,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation Group,33 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional drugs and nursing,the observation group patients increased acupuncture treatment and TCM nursing on the basis of the control group,Compared with the clinical effects obtained by the two groups of patients.Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation Group and control group were 93.94%and 81.82%,respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the decrease of breast mass was more obvious in the observation group,compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the follow-up of two groups of patients was 1 years,The recurrence rate of the observation group was 9.09%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 30.3%,and the two groups were more statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture is used in the treatment of breast hyperplasia combined with TCM nursing,the effect is accurate and has important clinical application value.
